Small but essential Window repair company needs help.  We are in need of intelligent, reliable, low-risk individuals - preferably with some wood shop experience - to help out our Lead Carpenters.

​

What we do: In teams of two, a lead carpenter and a helper - our crews travel to the customers' homes and perform on-site custom carpentry window repairs, glass replacements, or full on vinyl replacement window installations.

​

Crews meet - generally at 8 am - at our office in newton, load needed supplies for the day and aim to reach their assigned job sites by 9 am.

Crew member requirements -

Punctuality!!! Responsibility!!! Positivity!!! Cleanliness!!!

​

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.

​

Clean and clear drivers license. Ability to drive and reverse a pick-up WITH A TRAILER.

​

Ability and willingness to learn power tools, ability to read a tape measure, climb a ladder without vertigo. Able to take instruction from crew lead.

​

All applicants must be able to stand for most or all of an eight hour shift, be able to bend and lift repeatedly, and carry weights up to one hundred pounds for short distances. Ladder work is common, so people with a fear of heights are not encouraged!

 

Employees MUST have reliable transportation and an alarm clock they can count on.

Pay will be based on the ability to do job and quality of work produced. We are open Mon-Fri, with an occasional Saturday.

Work day begins at 8:00 am and is finished when your last assignment for the day is done.
